Henry Heinemann
Administrator
Henry has a Masters in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickenson University and a Degree in Health Care from St Joseph’s of Maine. He has always enjoyed assisting patients and residents who need extra care—helping them get back on their feet. He tries to interact with each resident every day, listening to their stories and life experiences. He intends to continue learning and growing in his role as an administrator, making Bannister a superior facility.
Catchum Gregory
Director of Nursing
Originally from Tecumseh, Oklahoma, Catchum came to Rhode Island to travel and to see a new part of the country. He became a nurse 18 years ago, choosing healthcare as a career because he grew up in nursing homes at his mother’s side and he enjoyed being with the residents. He has been Director of Nursing for 3 years. He started as a floor nurse, then moved up to become a regional nurse, but wanting to spend more time with patients, he returned to the Director of Nursing role.
Frank Little
Director of Rehabilitation
Frank graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. He began his healthcare career as an ACSM-certified exercise physiologist. Frank was working as a full-time personal trainer when he started training clients with a history of strokes and other neurological disorders. He found working with them extremely rewarding and decided to go back to school to earn his Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from Worcester State University. “Nothing gives us more joy,” Frank says, “than successfully rehabbing a patient and watching them return home stronger and more confident than when they arrived.”
Sonia Danielbras
Director of Social Services
Sonia graduated from Rhode Island College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. She became a medical social worker, having seen first-hand the positive difference a helpful, knowledgeable, caring social worker can make in someone’s recovery from illness and injury. She says: “I want to assist patients and their loved ones on a journey towards wellness as they navigate complicated healthcare systems, secure needed supports, and achieve well-being. I consider it a blessing to be a social worker and to be a part of my residents’ lives.”

Our team also works hard to keep therapies as consistent as possible, tracking all communications through an advanced electronic medical record system. This ensures immediate transmission of information across the entire care network.
